Course Impact

This course presented me with some useful information into business ethics as it relates to leadership. There were many discussions throughout this course that centered on how leaders handled themselves, their employees, and the business. We touched on different personality types of leaders and discussed how to become an effective leader. I enjoyed the discussions with my classmates as we explored our own personal leadership styles as we examined our results to the Big Five personality test.
